No diagnostica, no trata, no cura ni previene enfermedades, y no sustituye el consejo, diagnóstico o tratamiento de un profesional de la salud. No tomes ni dejes ningún tratamiento por lo que veas en la app. En una emergencia o crisis, llama a tu número de emergencias local.

1. Qué es Ritmo Well

Ritmo Well es una app de bienestar para personas con disautonomía, POTS, Long COVID y desregulación autonómica. Te ayuda a entender tus patrones, regularte y preparar información para tu médico. Al usarla, aceptas estos Términos.

2. No es consejo médico

El contenido, las señales y las sugerencias son educativas y de acompañamiento, no consejo médico ni psicológico. Las decisiones de salud tómalas siempre con un profesional. El módulo de crisis (El Refugio) y las líneas de ayuda son orientación; no son un servicio de emergencias.

3. Quién puede usarla

Debes ser mayor de edad en tu país (o tener consentimiento de tu tutor donde la ley lo permita) para crear una cuenta. No está dirigida a menores de 13 años.

4. La beta

Durante la fase beta el acceso es gratuito, puede tener cupos limitados y funciones en desarrollo que cambien, fallen o se interrumpan sin previo aviso. Tu opinión nos ayuda a mejorar; podemos contactarte para ello.

5. Uso responsable

Usa la app solo para fines personales y lícitos; no intentes dañarla, copiarla ni revenderla.
La información que registres es tu responsabilidad; sé honesto contigo y con tu médico.
Eres responsable de mantener segura tu cuenta.
En la Comunidad y el chat en vivo: respeto siempre. Los mensajes pasan por moderación automática antes de publicarse; podemos retirar contenido o suspender cuentas que dañen el espacio (acoso, spam, desinformación médica peligrosa o datos personales de terceros).

6. Pagos y suscripciones

Hoy la beta es gratuita. En el futuro habrá planes de pago; los precios, la renovación y la cancelación se te informarán con claridad antes de cobrar y se gestionarán según las reglas de la tienda (App Store / Google Play). El Refugio y las líneas de ayuda no se cobran.

7. Propiedad intelectual

La marca Ritmo Well, el contenido, el diseño y el personaje Alvy nos pertenecen y están protegidos. No puedes usarlos sin nuestra autorización por escrito. Conservas la propiedad de los datos que tú generas.

8. Servicios de terceros

La app puede integrarse con servicios como Apple Salud/HealthKit o wearables. Su uso se rige también por los términos de esos proveedores. No respondemos por servicios de terceros.

Inteligencia artificial: el compañero Alvy y la moderación de la comunidad usan IA (Claude, de Anthropic). Sus respuestas son acompañamiento y pueden contener errores; nunca son consejo médico ni sustituyen a un profesional.

9. Garantías y responsabilidad

El servicio se ofrece "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad", sin garantías de resultados de salud. En la medida que la ley lo permita, Ritmo Well no será responsable por daños indirectos o incidentales derivados del uso o la imposibilidad de uso del servicio. Nada en estos Términos limita responsabilidades que no puedan excluirse por ley.

10. Cambios, ley aplicable y contacto

Podemos actualizar estos Términos; te avisaremos de cambios importantes. Se rigen por las leyes aplicables del lugar donde opera Ritmo Well. Dudas: alvaro@ritmowell.com.

It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Do not start or stop any treatment based on the app. In an emergency or crisis, call your local emergency number.

1. What Ritmo Well is

Ritmo Well is a wellness app for people with dysautonomia, POTS, Long COVID and autonomic dysregulation. It helps you understand your patterns, regulate, and prepare information for your doctor. By using it, you accept these Terms.

2. Not medical advice

Content, signals and suggestions are educational and supportive, not medical or psychological advice. Always make health decisions with a professional. The crisis space (the Refuge) and help lines are guidance, not an emergency service.

3. Who can use it

You must be of legal age in your country (or have guardian consent where allowed) to create an account. It is not directed to children under 13.

4. The beta

During the beta, access is free, may have limited spots, and includes in-development features that can change, break or stop without notice. Your feedback helps us improve; we may contact you about it.

5. Responsible use

Use the app only for personal, lawful purposes; don't harm, copy or resell it.
The information you log is your responsibility; be honest with yourself and your doctor.
You're responsible for keeping your account secure.
In the Community and live chat: respect, always. Messages go through automatic moderation before publishing; we may remove content or suspend accounts that harm the space (harassment, spam, dangerous medical misinformation, or other people's personal data).

6. Payments & subscriptions

The beta is free today. Paid plans may come later; prices, renewal and cancellation will be clearly disclosed before any charge and managed under the store's rules (App Store / Google Play). The Refuge and help lines are never charged.

7. Intellectual property

The Ritmo Well brand, content, design and the character Alvy are ours and protected. You may not use them without our written permission. You keep ownership of the data you create.

8. Third-party services

The app may integrate with services like Apple Health/HealthKit or wearables, also governed by those providers' terms. We're not responsible for third-party services.

Artificial intelligence: the Alvy companion and community moderation use AI (Claude, by Anthropic). Its responses are supportive companionship and may contain errors; they are never medical advice nor a substitute for a professional.

9. Warranties & liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without guarantees of health outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, Ritmo Well is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use or inability to use the service. Nothing here limits liabilities that can't be excluded by law.

10. Changes, governing law & contact

We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes. They are governed by the applicable laws of the place where Ritmo Well operates. Questions: alvaro@ritmowell.com.
